Yeah BG3 ain’t for everyone. I like turn based combat because I played those games when I was a kid.

It’s a def buy for the holidays then.. I watched videos of the (spelling) Melanie fight and then the one guy who is an abomination of different parts? Looks like actual interesting mechanics for boss fights.

If you have never played Monster Hunter World, its also a really good game. Its not the same as the Souls game since those games are world design , some story and lore , etc. that all add to the gameplay , but if you want some good quality combat and excellent item and class systems, Monster Hunter World is a really good game in my opinion.
