I clear Torment level 40, before i cant even clear level 1 dungeon, i guarantte i clear higher, didnt tried yet, its kinda confusing how this build works, i still dont know, what is doing damage, blizzard or wtf, i only crit about 20k, can you break down, how its works ? which skills or affixes does damage, there is so many things happening at once
you need 2 keys items for this build to do massive damage: Glacial aspect (pref +2k damage, but any +1500 will work + barber (shorter barber for speedfarm, 3-4secs barber for high end content)- this build DOESNT work without these 2 items.
The damage come only and only from glacial aspect combined with the barber (wrathful hearth). blizzard does 0 damage even if maxed out.
the way this build work is: flame shield > teleport close to mobs > blizzardx2 > nova (using flame shield is kind of overkill but 2 blizzards should kill any white mobs, use more for elites) -
always cast blizzard at melee rangethis is a showcase of my lvl 77 hc sorc clearing a 51 (rip main lvl 100 sorc) - i could have cleared higher but i dont see the point of it (75-80 maybe) but i dont really want to risk it yet
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0glweEgKwU&ab_channel=JuanmaPosadathe only "bis" stats on items are my dagger/chests. the rest is 3 out of 4 rolls, rings/amulet are trash.
helm: CDR > + mana > total armor > int
chest: raiments of the infinite
gloves: Crit > IAS > Crit vs injured > iceshards/damage vs injured
pants: triple dr (close, distant, dr while injured) > total armor
boots: teleport > ice nova > resource cost > MS/int/+50MS when using evade OR +3max evade if you swap flame shield enchantment with teleport)
weapon: crit > vul > int > close damage (Dagger only, wand are trash) (Weapon damage doesnt matter at all. make sure it's ancestral for maximum rolls)
amulet: CDR > resource generation > Resource cost > +3 permafrost/icy touch or any frost skill)
rings: Crit > crit damage > vul damage > resource generation (both rings)
off hand: CDR > Resource generation > resource cost > Crit chance (int maybe?)
