I thought he had a few good ideas. He said butch should always drop a unique and Uber lilith should be dropping shako.....Who care's if someone farms 100 shako's they are account bound. Further, that char is already level 100 so what's the power creep when they already done with the game?

Asmon does rate D4 highly and plays it everyday.

D4 has problems though and we will shit all over those problems every day until D4 becomes perfection.

Having passionate people critique your work is a good thing. When everyone has given up and doesn't even give enough of a shit to say something, that's what's really not good.

As far as this video goes it's an interesting take that Blizz wants to actively kill the eternal realm for people to buy the seasonal battle passes. Idk how well that logic holds up though when Blizzard could just as easily make the battle passes universal content and not piss off their eternal realm playerbase.

You can monetize the eternal realm players in many different ways it's not worth losing them by trying to force them onto the seasonal realm.

You sure he's not only playing it because it's the only release as of recently that still has viewership? Asmon is, among many things, a trend chaser. After he stopped playing WoW full time for content he started doing mostly reaction content mixed with whatever is popular at the time. I don't blame him for doing it to make money, but I also don't buy that he likes the game. I believe there's money changing hands for hidden sponsorships, even though they're supposed to divulge that information.
