There are far too many variables at play to make a snap judgment, yet here we are.

I wonder if this is the real reason i felt tanky as the rogue. I would almost have at least 20 dodge that is 1/5th less hits and just 5% more is 1/4th less hits. Dodge chance on boots, legs, then the mastery for the last 12% lol
