Well this is what I mean 1 sec with the passive. But I’ve been using it trying to experiment and getting the full 3 seconds is hard. You also have to kill the entire mob with the massive dps reduction otherwise you tele on 1 dude that’s left alive to stun and your back to 5 seconds. Or raiment needs a bigger field to suck monsters in.

You have an additional layer of 30% dr for 3 seconds after every teleport and also you clear any cc affecting you (via unstoppable) every teleport.

Alright I’m going to take it back a little. After experimenting, using the evade teleports advantageously, and getting use to it - with a max roll one and Raiment you can become pretty hard to kill. BUT your dps suffers tremendously without the extra crit, core, int, and vuln. I already have the static paragon board and dps is very low with a iceshard build for tele stomp.

You’d also prob want to carry a wand in your stash for boses.

lvl 20 teleport already has 0 cd

It does not at lvl 18 my teleport is at 5.56. It only goes down .05 every skill point seemingly
