Welcome to the stages of Carpal Tunnel :)

Dont mean to laugh but its nice to see another one joining the dark side. Its rough man, sometimes it can get really bad especially playing d4 with some of the longer battles.

I do the same! It can make it worse. I try not too but I find myself doing it. Put a towel or something under your elbow if you need to do it.
