I appreciate the insight here, your comments on the amulet are the biggest surprise to me, I actually thought it was quite solid, havent even been trying to find another one. the boots have been a pain in the ass to find, bricked one pair, and found a couple of decent pairs but not with +3 evade charges. Ill keep grinding away though lol thanks for the help!
Yeah, the amulet is REALLY huge from my testings! And you're welcome! I'm glad I was able to help a bit. Me personally, I'm using the attack reduced Evade cooldown but the three evade charges work too.
