maxblock was never bm anywhere no people generally didnt use it on necs because why would they, you would gimp yourself against the hardest opponents just to get more safety in duels you should win anyways the only reason to go maxblock on a nec would be i guess in pub settings cause half the players there were autoaiming smiters or grief wearing hdins in that case it was good for humiliation points since you could pretty much allow yourself to walk from town to cold plains without losing

prison was bm against chars that couldnt teleport out of it and it lagged also (again really good on a bm pub nec where you would for example iron maiden a bvc/smiter and then prison him as hitting that would result in "was killed by an evil force"), as for absorb i dont remember if different realms had different rules, was too long of a time time ago

Unfortunately d4 doesn’t have any PvP, so the only drama is about who sold who the latest batch of duplicates mats or gold. Pretty boring IMO
