The amount of runs you do per day is not important. Every kill you get, you're rolling the drop table at 2% chance per uber unique. Whether you do 300/day or 100/day, matters not.

Yeah they're all weighted the same. The only exception is certain uber uniques are only available for certain classes ofc. That said, if you're looking to target farm an uber unique that can drop from all classes, it's better to use a class that has fewer uber uniques on their drop table.
