Good evening my fellow barn bros!

It seems Starfield is going down the path of Diablo 4 and its not looking good. It would appear that the issues that plague it are also similar to d4, so I was wondering which game do you think was the bigger flop Starfield or d4?

caught a fromsoft fan boi here, hell nah bruh. last decent game from fromsoft was bloodborne, that another game I would say pretty decent after 2012 the atmosphere in there give me chill to this day. they haven't really made anything new since then. elden ring was just a copy paste of dark souls with an open world map, I played 250 hours into that game. dungeon r repetitive as fuck, so r most of the bosses u fight in those dungeon. I fought many of the same boss couple time over, only thing fun and saving grace from that game was u go in pvp and try to gangbang invader or u try to take on a gang but still the concept was from dark souls 1 nothing new here.

What are you on about lol

Sekiro and elden ring were both amazing. From soft continuously pump out good games.

You're getting your info from steams discussion forum? That place is a bigger sess pool than here, though it makes sense why you hang out there.

Games a good 6-7 - typical buggy release from this company tho

They have been doing this with early access for a long time with video games. Diablo 4 didn't start the trend LMFAO

True. It's just when it arrives at a franchise you are interested in you finally start to take notice. I haven't put any time into a lot of steam early access titles, but I knew they existed. I was able to ignore them when it wasn't by a big developer I was following. The biggest developers are starting to follow that trend to milk every last cent like early access games have done over the years.

lol at all the drama around this game now. and its all because the game is only optimized for AMD systems. most of the bad reviews and hate are from angry nvidia, intel, and ps5 fanboys. RIP to intel gpu users as the game won't even work for them. As someone who has a really strong AMD gaming pc starfield has been running smooth as butter @ 4k resolution for me.

this game isn't perfect and I definitely have some complaints but its delivered on about 3.5/5 things it promised. the combat is fun, its fun to build bases and ships, and screw around with the weapon mods.

the idiot streamer quin who claimed diablo 4 is a better game is absolutely full of sheet. don't even get me started on how bad diablo 4 was and is. do we really need to go over everything in diablo 4 that was utter trash? b/c it was 90% of the game.

if your into roleplaying games then this game will hit the spots.

starfield: 7-8/10
diablo 4: 3/10

the real discussion here should be about how games are going to be partnering with hardware companies and only optimizing for certain brands, or how game studios are relying on upscaling ai technology too much so they don't have to optimize their game engines.

the fact that a rtx4090 and a rx7900 xtx struggle to put up 60fps in some parts of this game should be what people are talking about.

oh and one last thing about starfield being the most refunded game on steam right now. just maybe....maybe.... its because it has the most traffic than any game right now. therefore... math....

Quin has lost the plot and isn't a reliable source of information. I've seen him and his plethora of bad takes recently. He's probably only interested in stirring the pot to draw in views. Early on he was doing proper critiques on Diablo 4, but he must not have much experience with bethesda games. The biggest common complaints I hear about starfield are facial animation character graphics are outdated and that it doesn't do much space sim, IE too much fast travel instead of actually getting to use your ship. Although I have seen footage of dog fighting in space so I don't know how accurate the lack of space exploration turns out to be.
