Just finished Remnant II with a mate. Was great! Shooter looter in slower pace.
Before that I finished Borderlands 3 solo, Fast shooter looter. Was a blast even though I didn't play the 2nd game.

If you like Rogue-like. Hades is GFG. Did 137 hours in that between games.
Great APRG would be Grim Dawn. But everything is saved client sided so you might as well play is single player.
Laid back play with a controller: Both Ori games: Ori and the Blind Forest, Ori and the Will of the Wisps.

NOT POE though, its way to in-depth and wont have the time to fully enjoy it long term. But throw some ideas my way please.

I would say Street Fighter 6, it even had same dates for release and beta with D4. It has high threshold for enter, but it is very rewarding when you learn how to play.
