It’s less diversity than previous games and they artificially try to differentiate gameplay by making it incredibly tedious with dumbass modifiers

Also even if it was the same as previous games, the entire point is that it’s supposed to be better

In d2 you can :

Use your favorite character to farm any type of items for any class you want to build

Use different unique items even low level items on a end game build like son, vipermagi, etc

You can make low level duelers and in d4 you can’t farm low level it le because stupid scale level

Low level duels are very niche.

Class specific loot in d4 I’d argue works with the game setup. In d2 almost everyone starts with a sorc as they’re by far the most efficient class to farm items, and you more or less need to roll a sorc to gear up other chars (or use fg to fund other chars).

In d3/d4 any class is supposed to be able to farm their own items so class specific loot works. I honestly don’t want to find sorc uniques on my Druid personally. Just roll a sorc if you want to farm sorc uniques.

I think there are undeniably issues with d4. I don’t think lack of low level PK games or the ability for all classes to effectively farm are issues though.

Cows, uber trist and dclone is the endgame. Repeating story bosses is a lame excuse for endgame lol

After 20 years that ain't so bad fam. Blizzard designed d4 with JUST enough fun to keep the dopamine addicts preoccupied , so they don't realize it's a sub par game. The expansion will be the same and they'll make millions.

The game was bad far before this.
You’re expecting the creators of a half finished game to care.
They made their easy profits only thing they will fix is updating new cosmetics and battle pass features all they care about is money and I must say the 3 days early for 30$ was a nice shot to increase those profits.
