No. It increases the base DR of the ability by up to 90%

The base is 20%, so at 90% increase it's a total of 38% DR(which is still super nice)

ya barb buffs really only make leveling a BIT less painful, still not a great class. could work well for group play with some buffs to barrier/life items, but overall underwhelming barb changes.

Agreed, deff the worst, and even more so the worst class after this patch is implemented. They were blowing smoke about buffs or understanding what players wanted, just nodded their head and said "oh barb needs buff, we tottalllly understand".

they mentioned barbs HellHammer, i only played a bit of barb in the beta, but the changes look underwhelming...

The uniques are being reworked so that the special aspects are more effective and proc better

didnt they also say the aspect with auto-update, but new stats only drop on new dropped items?

if so, that's d4's first pre patch item.
