its problably not gonna change that much, before it was 25% at 3 levels higher and very little more xp for every other level above, so in theory its about a 15-20% xp nerf tops?

i dont have a problem to grind many hours to reach lvl 100, thats not the point

everything will taking much longer now for all of us

all chars nerfed with lower chd/vul/cdr and so one
some even more with other nerfs on top

so u will be forced to go lower nm dungeon to clear it fast...which means much lower xp
ah right and then even boosting nerfed beside, which result in longer time needed to reach endgame

and u know why blizz lowering all chars strenght right now?

to force players to go season cause ur much stronger there with these new mechanic of Malignant Hearts,
they want even more money purchased to this game

the game is pretty awesome imo but people who dont know how this game works are still bad

the main problem isnt the xp loss ! yes its annyoing cuz the lvl 50 boost just take more time

BUT

try to get a lvl 1 char through capstone, , for me and a friend testing, the boostet one gets the completion but canot change world tier at statue

IMHO they have set a minimum lvl which is higher than lvl 10 to do first capstone ...
