On rogue it’s a free way to chill enemies for all of the potential skill bonuses

+ boots are the most worthless slot

Don’t try to farm them

Finding them has similar odds to winning the lottery. Do you intentionally come up with methods to win the lottery? Nobody does because that’s silly. The Uber uniques are the same.

Ya in the first 3 months of d2r I had 3 Zods and 2 Chams. I have 2 level 100s in D4 and haven't got one.
