While I enjoyed his perspective and personality in this video I disagree with many of his points. First of all he claims the game is too easy mostly from level scaling but also doesn’t play the game past WT2? The game IS meant to be easy in the campaign to teach you how it work? By Wr3 & WT4 he can get some challenging encounters if he goes in under leveled.

I agree with his points on itemization and game lore with NPCs however. The World does need some more challenges that pop out without player knowledge. Like what they did with Butcher…

Overall I feel the game is good for what it’s worth and has tons of growth potential.

I think a little of both sides are true here.

Is it true that more content could be added to the very end game that many would benefit from? Yeah I think that’s fair. More content would be great, and there are quite a few folks willing to grind a lot who would realize that benefit and be able to enjoy that additional content.

Is it also true that some folks expectations are a bit unreasonable for what they’re supposed to be able to do at endgame? Yeah I think is also fair. While people get upset at comparing this to a 20yr old game, how many folks actually 99’ed on a d2 character and proceeded to continue to farm on that very same character for hundreds of hours afterward… probably very few because it would have been stupid and pointless. Most folks who 99’ed only ever used that character again for pvp and didn’t touch it for pvm activities again.

100%. constructive criticism is fine, even saying "im gonna play something else for a while" is fine. it's a seasonal game, you're supposed to cycle in and out.
