That's the kind of vibe I get. That Diablo 4 will be very hyped, and for a lot of people, they will enjoy the game. But for me, personally, It will feel like and look like diablo 3 with a different skin. And for that, I am not excited about. POE is great, but needs optimization and a lot of work, as in, they absolutely need to figure out how to be more welcoming for new players. They have a problem bringing people in because the game is so darn complex for people who don't understand that game. And tbh, I get it, it's overloading and anxiety inducing for that crowd.

That's all Blizz/Activision is successful with these days, marketing/sales, there's no product focus here, just cinematic scenes and well put together advertisement videos, promotions & hype from clickbait streamers, even KFC is being used to promote this crap

It won't, it can't. But then again, D2R people aren't the target audience anymore. This latest ladder season will highlight all the "deficiencies" in d2r and make people want to go to d4 for a clean experience.
