So uh, where is all that seasonal content they promised? So much for live service adding some socketables (a gem by any other name) and calling it a day. If this is the season 1 offerings this series is kind of DoA with the latest installment. Can we get a Diablo 1 remaster already? Game sucks move on.

Even DBD gets bigger updates on like a 90 day schedule with a much smaller team. Must be too much red tape for a multi dollar company to crank out content though.

The game doesn't even have good systems to promote seasonal play like runewords. There's nothing in it even resembling an item chase like runewords.

As someone else mentioned I'm starting to think they put all the rejects on the Diablo 4 team. Their ideas lack creativity and they seem unconcerned with balance when describing the new season.

Hopefully they put Jay Wilson's name at the top of the credits. Game is his work just an open world twist. An open and very empty world.

Like I said before I honestly wouldn't be shocked if they credited the Diablo 3 team in the end game credits. But yeah someone borrowed Jay Wilson's homework and never gave it back.

The voice-over team consisted of 2464 individuals making it one of the most common roles in the project.
Special thanks were given to a large number of people, potentially showing that not every person mentioned in the credits is directly involved with the development of the titles.

Art/Graphics roles comprised 902 employees.
The Quality Assurance team comprised 397 people.
The programming/Engineering team consisted of 394 individuals.
The design department included 193 developers.

It really is a travesty that they didn't mention Jay's name anywhere. Something under core system designs would be appropriate.

I just find it odd they wouldn't credit all the inspiration behind the game. It's not a Diablo clone. It's a Diablo 3 clone. They somehow shamefully try to hide it though? Fairly strange decision.
