Actually your wrong. Same reason why ladder in d2 turns stale in 3 days is bcus the gear hops from one player to another and that inflates the servers. Imagine making 1000 enigmas and quiting and not being able to put those back into circulation. Bind on equip is perfect and a way to keep the market fresh.

There is no market if you can't trade. Market is for trading. So there is nothing to be fresh if you don't have open trading.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooo. You can trade, just not trading something you already used.... This keeps the market from inflating.

Best items will be boa, for now best items can't be traded. Imagine you already have that bis item and you get another one which is rly hard to get and you cant trade it and get yourself another bis that you need. Hours and hours of grinding and you have to dc that item...

A wow style auction house without the real money shit they did in d3 and with the ability for players to ask for gold/gems/runes instead of plain gold would be something cool imho .
