I'm enjoying it. At it's core, the basis for grinding is essentially the same.

I gave it my best, I put in around 100 hours, pretty fair imo. I regret to inform you this is the future of modern gaming .the game is not " bad" but it's not really what I was expecting . After d3 I would have never thought they would do it again . But they did . Diablo does not need mounts , it does not need dumb fetch quests to keep you busy . It does not need to be a cheesy ubisoft clone . This is modern gaming . I am not a poe fan boy, I will be playing d2r , but I feel poe2 will continue as the only other true diablo game after d2.. d4 will be more dumbed down as the weeks go by. My opinion but I don't see this game lasting too long .

I wish it was more like d2 . With Runes/runewords, more uniques, more stats ,free trades, upgrade skills to lvl 20.

Completely agree. I played about 50 hours then got so bored the game felt like a chore with no purpose the best use of my time was basically doing runs for people not any enjoyment end game.

Interesting what D4 season will be like, maybe item hunting or buffs n nerfs

Definitely first ladder in D4 will get all the new game hype for players all over to race to lvl 100 first place lol. There’s competition in everyone!!

But after first season, I’ll look forward for D4 DLC with new char classes n new acts/cinematic trailers. Blizzard makes beat game trailers!

Having played all versions since Diablo 1 / Hellfire, I can say that this game is a "good" game. Sure there are things that we want that they will hopefully address over time, but that's the case with any game.

That said, fuck them for not having all items tradeable, or a single player offline mode. Those are both bullshit. I used to play d2 deployed onboard the aircraft carrier with no internet. I imagine even with internet on ships nowdays, it's definitely not fast enough to play d4.

And I'd play hardcore if I could go offline. I'm not wasting my time with their bullshit lag kills.

What classes do you think they'll add?

Obviously Paladin/Crusader.

But Assassin? or Amazon? Rogue is kind of a mix of both

I’m looking at my 2006-2009 D2 History lol, my first Jsp item I bough was 5FG Shako wow. First big item was 400fg 43 shadow lifer GC back in 2006, gave first to the guy didn’t get scammed thanks!!!!

D2 or D2R without Internet single player still very fun lots to do, Holy Grail is addicting. I’m at 93% overall!! Havnt found Tal ammy and IK armor Tyrael lol wtf!!!



Asasin and Amazon already a Rouge. Paladin/crusader hmmm, shield and sword class very interesting. It’s like the Foundation Char for hack n slash lol

Monk with martial arts is gg too, if they surprise us and drop a brand new brand new D4 Char than it’s gonna be Hype 9000+!!
