I get it too, but how many of us played through all the acts in D2 if we werent single player. We just rushed to 80 ish and skipped over most of all the acts. We didnt give a F about exploration.

I guess when ppl that didnt play diablo or werent involved making d2 are making these subsequent games, this is what happens

It's a bland world to live in an echo chamber. That's why a good portion of people left reddit over the years. Seeing people constantly patting each other on the back for having the same ideas is sort of the antithesis of free speech.
