I do not have any information on those details at the current time, most likely there will be fixes implemented in future patch releases, as we all know Blizzard is notorious for breaking game mechanics while trying to fix other issues.
The only "game breaking" bug so far was while playing as a necro and spamming blood lance would cause the user client to crash and several times reported that it even crashed a server, this has since been patched recently.

Only time will tell

Your talking about renown which carries over partially and you dont have to pay for..

what happens to renown progress? iam currently at 4/5 with the last area only the +4 para left to do
does that carry over so i just have to do some sidequests and dungeons to be done with it?
