Damage while wrath of the berserker is active if you can manage 100% uptime.

My Damsgr vs Close 655.9%, do you mean more than 500% can be retained at 655.9% ?

Once you reach 500%, there is no more bonus from the paragon node. You better stack some other source of damage like damage while wrath of the berserker is active, damage while ancients are active, critical strike damage or damage while berserking. Of them all, damage while wrath of the berserker is active offers the highest amount of dmg. You need:
450%+ Damage while Berserking for the Blood Rage paragon node
500%+ Damage to Close Enemies for the ‍Force of Nature paragon node

Afterwards, choose an add that offers more damage than those. Damage while war cry is active is also an option.
