PoE2 is boring. D4 is easy but fun.
800 hours in PoE2 EA and not burnt out, plus new league and chars starts in two weeks..maybe three. This being said, I faithfully Cao paragon in D4 every season, so I'm going to do that now before PoE2 league reset otherwise I won't come back here.
Not very many games have entertained me for 800+ hours in three months and didn't cause me to burn out..for EA and 1/3 9f an actual game, PoE2 fucking nailed it. There's plenty to do.
To OP, don't rush the campaign. Take your time, solo everything so you get the mental rewarding experience from being able to actually solo all bosses and do so without outside interference. This era of powerless and skipping all of the meaningful and fun content triggers me. I never understood why people "play" a game to have someone else play it for them as they just follow around being useless. That's the pinnacle of lazy..too lazy to even play a game for themselves.
If you make the time on a weekend, you can easily crush the campaign in under twelve hours. So, 2-3 hours Friday night, 4 hours sat/sun each. The market is over saturated with S tier items right now and no buyers making things that are usually 65 divs 5-10 divs..
I've been farming D4 all say doing the seas9nal quest line and it's literally the exact same ten Whispers over and over and over. This is pathetic in all honesty, that this was all they could muster up for a season. If you pick up only legendaries your full in 30 seconds, and its all trash BUT you NEED the mats later on to reroll for God tier so you have to run back n forth to town with garbage..if I only pick up 1ga+ items I won't be able to crit MW my items properly so it's almost mandatory for D4s poorly designed end game, that you start as soon as you hit level 60 as Torment is locked behind Pit. The undercity is okay and rewarding for target farming but there is no challenge to it. Then the Citadel, was a great idea but so many trash kids don't cleans3 their impending doom and wipe the party. Even on HCL it's that bad. Lost three chars to other people's failures in citadel last season.
I am a Diablo fan and have and will continue to support Diablo,however, it's my least desired game to play. As soon as I Max paragon on HCL I'm done. Maybe farm aspects for FG to convert into divs..but not likely.
