Have you hit 300 on HC or sc yet?

I know you were looking at doing it on sc before I stopped playing

Yessir, I hit 300 last month. I haven't been grinding hc paragon tbh. I have been focused on just helping people out and fostering the community. I have heard a few reputable rumors stating that this new balance update is going to ring some bells. I'm not 100%, but apparently they're going for an entire overhaul of how exp is gained and are said to be making paragon farming even harder. Saying that 300 should be an aspiration and not feel obtainable.

I ran through some hardcore VOH campaign solo for the achievements and to watch all the vids/cutscenes and dialogues which were pretty awesome. I'll probbaly fire up the OG campaign on hardcore and knock out those achievements as I never even watched the campaign to begin with. Just blasted through it. I want to give this game the attention it deserves.

I got 5 more levels to go and I'm looking forward to get it done before the overhaul kick in.

Do i just follow the basics of doing whatever pit allows me to have < 90 sec clears?

the blizz forums and reddit dads with 7 wives and 33 kids aren't even able to hit 250 now...

if they make leveling harder..... they won't hear the end of it.

I'd like to see some data on the current average paragon etc..

Well, some peeps wanted D2R leveling experience. Now, they've got it and are still complaining. All boards of all builds are fully functional at plvl250 which is pretty easy to achieve. The rest is just min maxing. plvl250 would be around lvl 90 in D2R.
I think leveling glyphs based on a chance is way more problematic. Some classes are too weak this time around to level up their glyphs to 100.

As for the leveling in pits:
Pit bosses offer most of the exp. You should always choose a level where you can get rid of the trash mobs fast enough to get to the boss. If you one shot trash mobs at level 90, you should run level 90.
