As far as I remember this is the only tough boss from nm dungeon/pit bosses due to high damage lightning attacks. So generally you should stay away from boss or dodge every spell she casts.

It is typicall d4 - you face roll everywhere, but suddenly comes huge damage spike, blizzard just can't balance things. Same goes for character skills.
