pretty clear. blizz is transitioning d3 players into playing d4 instead. not too many d2 players are keen of d4 anyway so dev made themselves clear, d4 is targeting d3 players as main selling customers

it most certainly is, i did enjoy poe a long time ago ! i was also a very good hideout creator actually !

I even saw Rhykker video where he said, with sense of relief - now d2 people has left d4, lol.
