well atk speed and berserking and move speed will stop giving benefits t that opoint, dont know if any sites ahve it black on white

I’d be surprised if they were that clean. Usually not and often depends on your weapon of choice. 2 handed staff vs 1 handed wand, different break points for next frame per second.

The thing with attack speed is if you aren’t at a certain point, the server won’t process anything between “61.3% and 83.6%” becuse of the server refresh rate tick. (The above is random numbers as an example - but this is what they mean by breakpoints).

It is not worth stacking more of a stat until you hit that next breakpoint.

never heard of breakpoint for berserking and vulnerability.
attackspeed does have break point to frame per attack but that depends on 1h or 2h.
vulnerable damage is unlimited as have 0 breakpoint. same to damage berserking. unless you're referring to legendary node in paragon that scale your damage with vul and berserking damage.
