I expect this - if I see a stat which says it adds % chance to lucky hit, to add this value to my lucky hit chance. Instead of garbage multiplication formulas.
And simple conclusion from this - even if I get 100% lucky hit chance bonus, skills with LOW lucky hit chance will be still useless. Because of this garbage formula.
