In this case you only need to get+6 on 2 items out of 4.
This is how I did mine:
Get all four items to hit 1 and 2, and then proceeded with the 3rd MW on all four.
Out of those 4 items, you need to keep 2 of them, because they're already +5.
You only need to reroll the other 2s.
Also..........you can considered this as your end game
