tbh "lucky hit chance to make enemies vulnerable for 2 seconds" since it got "nerfed" not to augment duration anymore isn't THAT good unless you got a lot of LHC on gear, I prefer Accursed Touch aspect as once it procs its effect, the vulnerable on enemies lasts FOREVER so you don't even need "lucky hit chance to make enemies vulnerable" if using it and imo it gives way more vulnerable uptime specially for budget builds not 12/12 with perfect LHC gear

i agree…i dropped elements for accursed touch and overall it’s a lot better. especially 100% vuln uptime on boss. i have alot of lucky hit and it’s still better than the vuln affix.

you could replace one of your weapon aspects with the vampiric curse aspect until you find the lucky hit vuln proc on another piece of gear. that's what i did, and it worked well to maintain vuln on mobs.

There's a legendary Aspect that does it you can use until you get a ring
