I think the result of that video is that esu's is broken. I can throw it on a ring instead of control and call it a day. I'd rather have CDR over 5 ias and 3-18% damage. Let me know if something's wrong here.

2h = +5% ias (esus 25-1H 1.2) + 33% damage
1h = CDR + storm swelll

just logged in to check..

in my codex, my glacial is 3000 (10/11) range of 2206 to 3088

on my staff it made 6000

for whatever reason mine is now reading 6177 but it was not like that before.

It went back down to 5146...
