D2 & D2Lod were just polished up back to back

Imagine something like technology you had the Truck Phone and you went to the bulletproof Nokia cellular technology

You advanced like crazy leaps & bounds, and you can play snake on the Nokia..

The you go from Nokia much wow, to like a Razor Flip and you have D2Lod the new & improved, you cool if you had it, etc, etc..

We could of had the Iphone with Diablo 3..

We could of had the Note Ultra 24 with Diablo 4..

What changed?

i mean yes episode V was technically better and definitely an improvement, but my favorite is still episode IV because i value the idea more than anything (and yes yes i know it may have been stolen but lets not get into that )

i still remember when i tried d1, it was a demo actually not sure the zoomers know what that is, its basically a game with most of it cut, my d1 demo had i think only the cathedral levels but that atmosphere and that music...that was some insane shit lemme tell you

Griswolds voice was very dark but he had the same voice line. Not scottish tho. Game was also a lot darker and significantly harder.in this demo version. It was a great demo and its what ultimately made me a gamer basically. Greatest memories!
