Ofc i can make another hota barb and farm the shit out of fg for services etc, but it's actually boring af.

Imo meteor atm is the biggest fun to play out of all soso builds.

I will explain. In diablo 4 items matter that much, that if I will grind enough I will solo anything with any skill. And this does not mean this skill is good.

By this I mean diablo 4 has horrible skill balance, and horrible skill system in general.

How many chars variations did you played already? This sentence is far away from being truth.

I played sorc mostly. I don't understand your argument - if skills deals damage scaled almost to infinity with items, there is no problem with soloing any content. The only exception was AoZ, but I don't count it here.

Let me explain, do you still remember season 2? Remind yourself vampiric powers for example, remind yourself that pre season rogue was total meta due to it op poison skills, remind yourself season one op minion necro with barber stone etc, etc...
Do you see my point now?
They are trying to balance skills on every class, every season launch. Items actually haven't change at all since last season, still 925 max ip possible and some builds got nerfed to the ground and some of them got buffed due to changes in skills.
W/o bugged calculations in two skills, ball lightning would do as much dmg as now, compare it to 2m per ball last season...
