Did it dropped as a rare or leg? Are you trying on a sorc? With yellows it works everytime i just have checked 3 barb helmets and added disobedience to all of them and restriction was removed.

Just realized that you have already rolled total armor roll, sorry to say that, you have bricked an item.
If want to remove class restriction in the future 1st thing to do is imprinting with an aspect, after rolling stats it won't work.
