Absolutely right on this, every time a person with “Chinese” or something similar to asian names being called out / insulted, I feel pretty powerless to defend them against the horde, nor can I convince people to believe most of them are actually just trying to make something out of information gaps.

this isnt really stereotyping or prejudice or whatever else its called these days, its just statistics. if someone has an english sounding name, he is more likely to be from a wealthier region of the world and can afford to play a game for fun. on the other hand, if you live in a shithole like i do, you dont really have too much time for gaming because you are struggling to pay for food <_< so when you see someone with a chinese or russian looking name, he is more likely to be there as a job than for fun :(

but yeah, lets somehow turn this into racism as well <_< stereotyping comes from visible statistical differences, i guess some of you guys just have to deal with it ^_^
