yeah, got it thrice in 5 runs. One of which is almost max rolls

I just had one drop on my rogue from doing t100 nmd (it was also a red/whisper dungeon).

I am a Sorc and got the ring on my very first Varshan run and I dont even use it. Its not that great tbh. Sure you can build some around it, the damage potential is pretty insane and its an extra cdr value, but right now it doesnt fit into most completed builds. This will probably change quickly.

No my build is fine. Dunno, didnt seem so great for me. The rings I already had fit better imho.

I am sure it's fine, but I bet it could be MUCH better. I mean ball lightning is so OP that you can do whatever you want with it and it still slaps.

But it doesn't mean that this ring "not that great". It's REALLY great, it gives you 50% multiplier basically, so it's like having an amulet aspect on a ring.

And I can see a use for it on every S or A tier sorc build.

So you're telling me that you have a better option for a ring just confirms that there is a problem with your build, but not the ring.

Probably neither is true. I play Ice Shards and its a great build. Didnt really look into the ring too much tbh. Its just that I didnt wanna change this mediocre rolled Tal Ring with one of my almost perfect rings. Didnt seem right.

Okay with ice shards you must have fire bolt enchantment that's already 2 elements and the lightning damage you get from teleport. Of course you want at least 14% multiplier to see the real difference.

All the affixes are also good for this build: ice shards benefit greatly from lucky strike and cooldown reduction as it's very dependent on teleport and frost nova cooldowns.

Thats of course true, but I would still have to give up a lot. A perfect aspect, more lucky stricke chance, crit chance, more resource reduction, 1300 HP opposite the almost lowest possible rolls in all affixes of the ring and 11% on the unique aspect. I dont know if thats worth it tbh. With the current Tal Ring I dont think so.
