YES BUT ON MY GLOVES AND MY FOCUS AND THE FOCUS ADS LUCKY HIT NO MATTER WHAT! and my gloves add to LUCKY HIT CHANCE % and also the 5% lucky hit chance of primary restore ..so im not able to remove 1 item to see a difference if ur following me chief?

they both have lucky hit chance % and 5% luck chance for primary resource ... so i dk how to tell lol?

i said PRESS I, go to stats, scroll down... there it says its base 5%chance on each lucky hit..

the stat lucky hit chance increase the base lucky hit chance of each skill... if you have 40% and 10% increase, then you have 44%...

with 44% and a 5% chance on those 44% then you have 2,3%chance...

lucky hit is different on every spell

btw dumbo... it says exactly what i said in the tooltip of the stat

- up to 5% to restore 16.5% primary resource (focus)

What does the materials/stats say now exactly in that case?

I think you can now either procc 18.0% or 16.5% or if you are double lucky, it could procc both together so 34.5%. But its not always 34.5% in total.

That true?

I'm just going to assume people started flinging poo at each other. 5% ctc remains the same no matter what. The %resource gained stacks if more than 1 are present. I've ran almost all necro builds and a ball sorc, tb rogue on hc (100) and working on a Barb atm.

Oh lucky hit chance bonuses tack onto the 5%ctc

Skills have their own unique innate lucky proc% also. Bone prison was bugged a while ago as it had 0% lucky hit proc and bugged to 100% so it broke the ring of Mendeln and other %ctc things
