Everyone else is child's play. But if you're playing a spender still build that has slow resource generation this ain't the neck for you lol.
I had a Disobienced aspect on my neck so this was an upgrade for me.
My BIS helm is godslayer as it adds 60% dps when ccing something(frost nova for example) but I use shako for the +4 skills and save myself some hard points to reinvest into more class passives I wouldn't have ran otherwise. Also I got a 19% damage reduction roll on it so it's basically an aspect of might on steroids since you get +skills and more stats etc.
It's unkillable anyway unless lilith oneshot mechanic, but with shako you should be able to skip phases so even that doesn't matter. You're losing a more useful double aspect and 4 gg affixes you can get on a rare amulet (3 to devouring/mastery/glass + cdr + manacost + movement speed).
I don't even use disobedience aspect and doing tier100 nms or any boss with no issues. I don't understand why people are still so invested in it, since armor don't reduce any damage anymore except physical.
