Lol, it is generated by smart loot system, which is not random, bro. It is simple fact.

Its RNG in the sense that "you have a 5% chance to get a uber unique and it can roll any of the potential ones available for you"

That is pretty straight forward as a concept for random drop. That's the same thing as any given enemy in the game having a 0.000000000006% chance of dropping Uber Uniques, the only difference being this has a MUCH higher chance.

Wit that being said, all that crit dmg is whack now anyway after the bucket nerf.

Also with the fight/all content being brain dead easy and the materials for the fight being duped into oblivion, there is zero cool factor left on uber uniques for me personally.

The game is diablo 3 for me now. Log in on new season, play for 3-4 days and quit, because if you know the game, by then your build already clears all content easily and then all that is left is quitting till next season.
