I have all the consoles and pc.

Xbox has been an inferior product for decades while still trying to maximize profits by attempting to compete on the price scale.

I feel like this is a last ditch effort by Microsoft to buy up all the real estate like any desperate investor to keep their console relevant.

So do I think quality and the future of gaming is at the forefront? Absolutely not! But I absolutely hope I'm wrong.

I think Microsoft is paying just for brand, that's the only valuable thing there. No chance this garbage games modern blizzard produce cost anywhere close to 70b $.

Microsoft was probably paying more to rent Activision servers than they were making on monthly subs. Lmao

Big dick move... buy the servers.

The company has been entirely propped up by people who have nostalgia for old blizzard. The classic wow fans still earning them sub money and wow tokens are a good example. Their new talent is non-existant. The devs they have working on the game don't even know how to play said game. What does it say about your game when it's so boring even your own devs aren't playtesting it? I hope this merger at least allows people to spend their blizz balance in microsoft store instead. Otherwise I'll have to try for a refund since they have nothing worth playing.
