D2LOD hands down one of the greatest game to ever be created. 1.09 where the economy was based on soj and uber unqiues was already a god tier game but 1.10 with the RW changed the game. Sure some of the RW are over-tuned but no doubt made d2 what it is today.

ive been playing since d2 lod was new, i have another d2jsp account but my email was hacked years ago, i believe d2 is the best aswell and d3 wasnt too bad being the first big console release, never played immortal or ressurection and d4 so far falls quite short, feels like theyre trying to rip off poe

D2 was the best for its time.

D4 is the best now, but D2 still does some things better like itemization, and fully open trading.

D4 is basically a much better Diablo 3, and very different than D2 but IMO slightly edges out D2 because it has more end game and has much better combat.
