i'm on the starfield subreddit, apparently the game is getting good reviews. yeah that was hilarious that dev was out tooting his horn on talk shows and then that fail of a game, but then after the redemption story, i heard a lot of players came back. didn't that take them a few years too, can't remember

Early reviews like what we saw with D4 mean you really just have to see it through gameplay videos yourself on yt or twitch. Can't trust big name companies anymore as review sources. D4 was a 10/10 and 9.5/10 according to reviewers early on. The actual game was sub 5/10 due to being part of a game and not a full game. The game had some crazy hype and copium reviews early on. Some would even say they were purchased reviews.

I do hope Starfield is great and lives up to the hype. Xbox players need a W at this point since their flagship title Halo Infinite did a faceplant after launch. The game cratered so badly they're rebooting the series. Companies are trying too much to be like Rockstar and have some sort of ten year plan for a game that hasn't even proven to be successful on release. They should probably aim for the game being fun on release at a minimum instead of trying to roadmap 10 years for unfinished, unpolished junk.

By their track record I'll wait a year for the modding community to fix the game. It'll eventually be good 😂

Early reviews for Starfield are looking good. Then again so were Diablo 4's and it currently sits at 86/100 but I would give it a 68/100.

Bethesda is just as shit as Blizzard. Don't think Bethesda has ever made a good game. The reason their games were so popular was because bugs but now the bugs are always so crazy it just makes the games unenjoyable.

if u think ME 1-3 was shallow, I dont think video game as whole r for u. u wouldn't find joy in any game, u can name one of ur favorite game I can give u conclusion similar to ur statement. for example dark souls and witcher I played, u r just essential rolling around pressing x button until ur enemy dies, much depth so much entertainment. thats video game lol
