Please don't act like Blizzard comes from a position of good faith and will make the most ethical decision possible. They will ban enough dupers to make it look like they did something proactive but not enough to lose profit from them in the long term. This entire community is based on breaking Blizzard ToS and yet it continues to exist because its more profitable and more cost efficient for Blizzard to allow it. There's a developer working hard right now to determine all the accounts that exploited the dupe and tracing where all the gold went, because it devalues the players that earn their gold legitimately. He is going to send that information to an exec that will decide where the ban threshold is and how many players they can afford to ban before it becomes unprofitable. The state of d4 is so shit right now, I doubt they can afford to lose any more players even if its a major break of ToS.
