this is true and I agree, but its their terms. they want you to trade items or igg for other items or igg and thats that. nothing you can really do about it but include items/igg in your trades to protect yourself

You are allowed to store wealth in the financial markets as you please. It is your time , your effort/work you spent to accumulate that wealth and you are entitled to protect from inflation the best way it suits you.

It is just stupid this lack of freedom because they cant control botting / 3rd party sites selling stuff for real money , that we are forced to sit and see our time and effort gone to waste because they are LAZY. Band-aid fix to the real problem wich are bots/3rd party sites selling items for real money.

well umm...yes thats why terms of service exist, so you can legally forfeit your rights. you see, the online games you play, you dont own them. they can kick you for whatever reason they choose, which is why there is only one way to go against this

simply dont give money to companies like this. if you dont own it, dont pay for it. do you know how many times ive been banned from poe for no reason? once ive been banned for credit card chargeback. i dont even have a credit card! but as they say in my country, the judge sues you, the judge then trials you. this is why i only play things that dont need an external server to store my stuff, but my own device. and yes i know this means i cant play 95% of the games today, but judging by how shit they are, i have no regrets

you can also get FG without spending a dime, so blizz can shove their TOS up their you know what

..and if you want to go deeper, FG (correct me of i'm wrong) used to be given per post, so there's some bits of it around that has no $ attached to it at all. your odds of using that is slim to none however
