People should learn a little more about how things work before posting dumb crap like this, especially if they are going to blame or credit people. I’m not saying every gamer should be a developer or know the inner workings of studios, but they should realize that especially with big publishers, developers are often just executing what they were told to, the best they can, often without enough time to make it as good as they would like. The developer makes the game, the publisher controls the game. Microtransactions, releasing in an unfinished state, locking content behind paywalls, loot boxes etc. All publisher decisions.

80% of d2jsp players think this game is crash and burn and think the developers are exceedingly underqualified with a focus on putting out short fires to extend their cash grab mechanics.

Just letting some of yall know you are holding a blind faith to a franchise because of nostalgia if you are letting them spoon feed their bullshit because they gave up on the players for bottom line profit a while ago and try to hide it with a smile.

I don't care what was or what is.

I am enjoying playing the game.

I am just saying, might be better use of time to put that energy towards something else.
Or, go post on the bnet forums, maybe they will change the game for you.


Also, 35% of those will dislike the game purely off of reviews without ever touching the game.
Its a sheep world out there.

Easily bro I been playing since birth

This is certainly true for most of the problems with the industry where they are passing of less and charging more to the point of feeding consumers scraps, however, developers do have a lot of input and power, especially the big guys you see in the live chats. They are guilty for other things that are going wrong and have bad support and direction from the publishers which will happen with any company that gets bought out by huge conglomerates.

Obviously, by "developers" we mean all of the people responsible.
