it never was. it was datamined to be planned to do so. it got reverted even before season released.

nerds need to stop datamining and trying to min max when they are bad anyways

Immediately when the patch released. Any new chars couldn’t do them until those levels. There was a thread about it here

You heard wrong. Exp was not nerfed. Powerleveling was.
