with those 2 I have no problem at lvl 60+ spamming chain lightning
Also make sure you level up on your skill tree invigorating conduit
edit: also use arc lash enchantment for extra stuns when using cooldown skills like tele, ice armor, and frost nova (and just make sure u in the middle of a pack when u cast them for maximum mana)
I guess determination heart can amplify all that mentioned.. and just spam chain lightning as only source or spender. (Can be fit into amulet)
