Maybe for you. Hitting level 99 is definitely a challenge and an achievement for most, over 5000 runs.

In my opinion, the only excessive concession to player demands that is present is nerfing tier 100 dungeons by 30 levels. Everything else seems like a reasonable response to feedback. That being said, it's interesting that they demonstrated cognizance of over-reliance upon certain mechanics at the expense of others. It's interesting that they will, by design, allow for the existence of particular over-powered classes.

It's not a challenge whatsoever. It's simply a time investment. It's the exact same content that you're clearing in your 70s.....
