U angry lil gremlin you can still power lvl, you'll get 40% less xp meaning it'll take almost twice as long. If it took you 1-50 in 40 mins power leveled, now it'll take 40% longer you fucking deranged little angry monkey. Just do the math u fucking turd.

It's not 40% less smart guy.

For Example:
You are Level 1. Your friends bring you to World Tier IV and leave you at the entrance of a dungeon. They start killing Level 100 monsters.
Prior to Season of the Malignant, you get:
(Level 100 Monster XP) * (1 + 25%)
After Season of the Malignant, you get:
(Level 11 Monster XP) * (1 + 15%)


You're now getting exp from a lvl 11 monster at lvl 1 instead of a lvl 100 monster ON TOP OF the percentage nerf. Happen to know the difference in exp between a lvl 100 monster and a lvl 11 monster? I'll give you a hint. It's a lot more than 40%
